BSFH was once again the meeting point for exercise room in Hall 1!
All signs pointed to green at the Exhibition Center Nuremberg when the 25th edition of GaLaBau, Leading International Trade Fair for Urban Green and Open Spaces, took place from 11 to 14 September 2024.
The leading international trade fair GaLaBau offers everything to do with gardening and landscaping as well as the maintenance and construction of sports fields, playgrounds and golf courses. Over four days, exhibitors and visitors exchanged information on the latest developments in the gardening and landscaping sector.
The green sector therefore looked forward with optimism to the 25th anniversary edition of the leading international trade fair GaLaBau. Full exhibition halls and a high demand for stand space are proof of the positive mood in the industry: in 14 halls and on the outdoor areas, various exhibitors, including loyal customers and numerous newcomers, presented their diverse range of products and services and were available for professional discussions.
Playgrounds not only provide entertainment and fun, but also play an essential role in children's development. They promote physical activity, social interaction and imagination while at the same time offering children a safe space to discover and develop their skills. Especially in urban areas, such areas are needed in sufficient numbers and with attractive equipment. At the GaLaBau 2024 trade fair, as well as the exhibitors, this topic, which is relevant to society as a whole, was addressed at various points and information was provided about the importance of playground facilities and exercise in public spaces.
That is why the BSFH was the meeting point for exercise room in Hall 1 during GaLabau 2024. The BSFH was present together with the trade magazine "Playground@Landscape" at its own stand in Hall 1 (Stand 1-415) from September 11 to 14, 2024 and was available to members and trade visitors as a point of contact. The two-day lecture program at the GaLaBau Landscape Talks forum, which was jointly organized by the Federal Association of Playground Equipment and Leisure Facility Manufacturers (BSFH) and the trade magazine “Playground@Landscape” as media partners, also addressed the exciting topic of “Playgrounds and Playground Safety”.
