eLM Zero, is a biochar-based admix material that reduces the net carbon footprint of concrete by up to 100% while delivering optimized mechanical performance. It permanently sequesters and stores CO2 in the built environment, thereby helping concrete producers, real estate developers, and architects compensate for hard-to-abate emissions, such as from the production of cement in construction projects. Moreover, it reduces the need for raw materials like sand and delivers targeted functionalities such as weight reduction, durability, and thermal insulation.
