As a pioneer in the recycling of packaging plastics, HAHN Kunststoffe can already look back on 30 years of company history and is now an internationally active company and one of the global market leaders in the manufacture of new products made from recycled plastics.

Thanks to the development of a unique technology, we are able to recycle even highly complex packaging plastics that cannot be recycled using conventional recycling processes and thus actively support the circular economy.

We process plastic waste from the dual systems and use it to produce hanit, a particularly high-quality and durable material that has already proven to be an advantageous alternative to conventional materials for many applications. This is because hanit is extremely robust and resistant to all environmental influences and can therefore withstand high loads without maintenance in the long term. It is also sustainable and conserves resources, as it is made from 100% recycled plastic and is 100% recyclable.

Our product portfolio now includes over 2,000 products made from hanit recycled plastic, which are used for example in gardening and landscaping, bridge and port construction and building technology. As an experienced partner to industry, we also develop individual product and project solutions to meet the specific requirements of our customers and support small and large projects from the initial idea through to successful implementation.
