Founded in 1910 by Johann Bauer as a producer of everything the farmer needs: From seed drills to the energy-saving "Welsia" oven. Over the 112 years, REFORM has reinvented itself several times, most recently from a foundry to a vehicle factory.REFORM remains a family business, now in its third generation. The group of companies with more than 500 employees includes Reform-Werke in Wels (Austria), Agromont AG in Hünenberg (Switzerland) and Kiefer GmbH in Dorfen (Germany).
