STIHL CB1

With the CB 1 charging box, STIHL offers janitor services and professionals in municipal services and in gardening and landscaping a new all-in-one solution for charging, transporting, and storing batteries from the AP system. The robust, aluminum box can be easily, flexibly and space-savingly mounted on the vehicle - for example under or on the flatbed or trailer - and can be equipped with up to two separately available STIHL AL 301-4 multi-chargers. These devices, currently the only ones in the industry approved for charging batteries on a vehicle, also enable reliable mobile charging of up to eight battery packs from the STIHL AP system on site. The locking mechanism of the battery slots ensures a firm hold while driving and guarantees safe transportation of the batteries. Thanks to the IPX4 certification of the STIHL CB 1, these are also protected from splash water from all sides. On site, the compact box is simply connected to a 230-volt domestic socket using a central plug, thus supplying all built-in chargers with power. And even after work, time-consuming unloading of the batteries is no longer necessary. They can simply remain in the lockable box where they are charged overnight. So, nothing stands in the way of an immediate start to the working day the next morning.
