Cement-free mineral binders replace cement in concrete

Cement production is one of the largest sources of CO₂ in the construction industry. To counteract this, Rinn developed the climate stone. As a pioneer of sustainability in the industry, after an intensive period of research and development, the company has succeeded in completely eliminating the use of cement as a binder in the so-called core concrete of the stone and replacing it with cement-free mineral binders.
