Why is the CAMP so important?

Marian Grabowski: Because that’s where young professionals can come together to exchange ideas and information. Contact persons are available to answer individual questions at any time and in an uncomplicated manner.

What can visitors find at the CAMP stand?

Marian Grabowski: There will be information about the extensive range of seminars offered by the regional associations and the associated educational institutions. The BGL offers the BGL follow-up seminar.

What is the demand for such offers?

Marian Grabowski: Seminars are in constant demand. There is a constant need for personal and company training.

Has the range of training courses on offer changed in recent years?

Marian Grabowski: There is an increasing demand for topics of growing social importance such as tree care and greening buildings. In general, topics such as sustainability, sponge cities, biodiversity and AI are hugely relevant.

How are companies taking up the offer? Is it being used? Why is the offer so important?

Marian Grabowski: The demand is high! For example, the BGL follow-up seminar is always fully booked. In general, companies have recognized that personnel development through qualification is also an important tool for the recruitment of skilled workers.

How must the offering adapt in order to remain fit for the future?

Marian Grabowski: We have to think modern, respond quickly to social developments and always take the state of the art into account.
